1. Extend the core by about 5mm, and use the tip sharpener to whittle the tip of the core to a sharp point. 2. Retract the core to about 2-3mm and draw a line from the center of the eye to the outer corner along the edge of the eyelid. 3. If you need to adjust any smudges or fine-tune the edges of the line, quickly wipe it off with a cotton swab before the line dries.
